HOSE announces the record date for the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GIL: GILIMEX) as follows:

* Stock type        : Common stock

* Par value          : VND10,000

* Ex-right date     : February 23, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 23 & 24, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date         : February 25, 2010

* Purpose               : For the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting

* Meeting time        : April 03, 2010 (in a plan)

* Venue   : Meeting Hall of People’s Committee of Binh Thanh Dist. – 6 Phan Dang Luu St., Ward 14, Binh Thanh Dist.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for GIL on February 24, 25 & 26, 2010.
