* Par value                : VND10,000

* Ex-right date           : March 03, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 03 & 04, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date      : March 05, 2010

* Purpose           : For the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting

* Meeting time     : In around March 25, 2010 to April 10, 2010 (will choose 01 day)

* Venue               : DIC Star Hotel - 169 Thuy Van St., Vung Tau City

* Content : To approve things in competence of the shareholders’ meeting and the 2010 plan

* The BOD will announce details of the 2010 shareholders’ meeting before 15 days of the meeting date.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DIG on March 04, 05 & 08, 2010.
