MCG: Result of the private placement

Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MCG: MECO JSC) has announced finish of the private placement with 2,280,007 shares of offering volume at VND 25,000 / share. Total volume after the issue (including bonus shares to the existing shareholders) is 16,800,000 shares.
