VNL: RCL expanded the operation time

Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (VINALINK) has announced RCL (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. expanded the operation time to 2013.

The People’s Committee of HCMC. issued Investment License No.411022000480 on December 07, 2009 to allow RCL (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. to register again and continue its operation from 05 years to 08 years (as from January 14, 2005).

RCL (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture company between VINALINK (45% capital), SGN Logistics & Trading Co., Ltd. (6% capital) and RCL Feeder Pte., Ltd. (49% capital). RCL (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. operates in shipping transportation with USD300,000 charter capital.
