VST: Extension time of submitting the quarter 4/2009 financial statements

Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company (VITRANSCHART JSC.) has informed the extension time of submitting the financial statements of quarter 4/2009 until February 05, 2010.

Reason: The company needs to take more time to consolidate figures because reports of material in stock as at December 31, 2009 were sent to the company late.
