* Registered volume to sell: 500,000 shares

* Sold volume: 145,670 shares

* Owning volume after trading: 7,630,723  shares (30.53%) (The volume is higher than the volume owned before trading because BenThanh Group bought additionally shares from a private placement to increase SAVICO’s capital to VND 249,955,730,000)

* Trading period: From October 22, 2009 to January 21, 2010
