SFC: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Saigon Fuel Company (SFC) has announced resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

1. Approving of a 5% distribution for bonus fund to implement a bonus share plan for employees.
