NTL: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2009

Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) has announced business differences of quarter 3/2009 and quarter 2/2009 as follows:

* Profit before tax of quarter 2/2009 : VND116,964,946,531

* Profit before tax of quarter 3/2009 : VND256,891,837,112

* Difference                                      : VND139,926,890,581

Profit in quarter 3/2009 increased 119.63% in comparison with that in quarter 3/2009.

At September 30, 2009, the company sold 6.7ha infrastructure of New Urban Area Project - North Highway No. 32 and collected money. Therefore, the company recorded a part of the revenue (02ha of the project) in quarter 3/2009. Beside, the company recorded revenue of Dich Vong New Urban Area Project implemented by a joint venture partner.
