MCG: Extension time of submitting the quarter 3/2009 financial statements

Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MECO JSC) has informed of extending time of submitting the quarter 3/2009 financial statements to November 25, 2009.

Reason: The Company needs more time to consolidate statements of subsidiaries because the company has a new subsidiary.
