SCJ: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue
SCJ announces the record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: Sai Son Cement JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 25/11/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 23/11/2009
- Reasons: Dividend payment by shares and seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders.
1. Information on dividend payment by shares:
+ Stock type: common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ The rights can not be transferred.
+ Exercise rate: 5:2 (shareholders receive 02 bonus share for every 05 rights they own.)
+ Total volume of share issue: 1,904,000 shares.
+ The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd share (less than 01 share) shall be allocated at the price not lower than offering price to outstanding shareholders.
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: SCJ’s head office on working days (from Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
2. Information on seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders:
+ Stock type: common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 5:3 (shareholders receive 03 bonus share for every 05 rights they own.)
+ Total volume of share issue: 2,856,000 shares.
+ Offering price: VND 20,000 /share
+ The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd share (less than 01 share) shall be allocated at the price not lower than offering price to employees (VND 22,000/shares).
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: from 07/12/2009 to 28/12/2009.
+ Time of registration for purchase: from 07/12/2009 to 30/12/2009.
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: SCJ’s head office since 07/12/2009 on working days (from Monday to Saturday).
