HOSE announces the record date of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint-Stock Company (Long Giang Land) as follows:

* Ex-right date : November 25, 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 25 & 26, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date : November 27, 2009
* Purpose : The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
