PM gives nod to loan projects and agreements
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved a Luxemburg-funded project worth nearly 2.5 million Euros to provide technical assistance and boost business development for the poor in the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang.
Another agreement on a 350,000 Euro project funded by the French Development Agency to provide technical assistance for flood control of the Sai Gon River was also adopted.
In addition, the Government leader approved the negotiation results and the Economic Development and Cooperation Fund (EDCF)’s loan between the Vietnamese Government and the Republic of Korea’s Export and Import Bank.
The loan is for a project for water supply and waste water treatment in northern Son La province and a project to provide equipment for vocational training in northern Thanh Hoa province.
