Textbook Printing JSC In Hochiminh City announces the Board Resolution approved on 04/08/2009 as follows:

1. Take a ballot on assigning Education Publishing House in Hochiminh City to get the land use certificate at 240 Tran Binh Trong, Ward 4, District 5, Hochiminh City.

2. Purchase new machines to replace old and inefficient ones.

3. First dividend payment 2009 in cash: 5%
