As approved by the SSC, Dai Nam Securities Company announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Mr. Tran Quang Luyen: 218,000 shares, equaling VND 2,180,000,000 by par value (5.74% charter capital)

+ Mr. Dinh Quang Bach: 351,000 shares, equaling VND 3,510,000,000 by par value (9.24% charter capital).

- Transferee:

+ Mr. Le Minh Tuan: 150,100 shares, equaling VND 1,501,000,000 by par value (3.95% charter capital)

+ Mr. Trinh Quoc Van: 127,900 shares, equaling VND 1,279,000,000 by par value (3.37% charter capital)

+ Mr. Tran Thi Hong Ha: 123,000 shares, equaling VND 1,230,000,000 by par value (3.24% charter capital)

+ Mr. Tran Duc Chien: 168,000 shares, equaling VND 1,680,000,000 by par value (4.42% charter capital).
