PVD: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company (PVD) has informed of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Passing contents of the contract of providing drilling services with the Eastern Ocean Petrolimex Management Company (*) – the branch of the Vietnam Petrolimex Corporation

Article 2: Passing the following issues:

* Listing PVD stock on the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) and authorizing the BOD to determine stock type, issuing volume and offering price.

* Raising chartered capital to match with the volume of additionally-issued shares.

Article 3: Passing appointing Mr Le Nhu Linh to BOD member in order to nominate him to be Chairman of the BOD instead of Mr Do Dinh Luyen from 15/07/2009.
