DMC: Announcement of issuing bonus stock & paying cash dividend
Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DMC) will issue bonus stock and advance the first tranche of 2009 dividend:
* Stock symbol: DMC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: 24/08/2009
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 24 & 25/08/2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: 26/08/2009
1. Issuing bonus shares:
- Exercise ratio: 10:3 (Each shareholder owning 10 shares at the record date will receive 03 new shares.) The bonus volume will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be bought back for treasury stock at VND10,000/share.
- Estimated issue volume: 4,039,338 shares
- The rights to receive bonus shares are not transferable. The bonus shares are transferable.
- Expected trading date: 30/09/2009
2. Paying cash dividend in advance for the first tranche of 2009:
- Pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
- Payment date: 25/09/2009
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation.
Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DMC on 25, 26 & 27/08/2009.
