HJS announces the record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Nam Mu Hydropower JSC

- Stock code: HJS

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 24/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 20/8/2009

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 11% (Shareholders receive VND 1,100 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/09/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Nam Mu Hydropower JSC from 30/9/2009.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HJS on 21/8; 24/8 and 25/8/2009.
