1. Plan on sale of treasury stock to supplement operating capital on building VTV Building:

-          Number of treasury shares to be sold: 59,700 shares

-          Nature of transaction: Selling though negotiation/continuous order matching

-          Expected lowest tender price: VND 18,200/share

-          Time of transaction: from 190/8/2009 to 30/9/2009

-          Authorized securities company: Bao Viet Securities Company

2. The Management Board is assigned to decide time, number of treasury shares to be sold.
