HPG: A BOD member resigns

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (HPG) has informed of dismissing a member of the Board of Directors as follows:

On 14 July 2009, Mr. Chu Quang Vu – a BOD member cum the Director of Hoa Phat Mineral Joint Stock Company submitted resignation from the post of BOD member because he often goes on business trips and cannot attend meetings of the BOD.

According to the resignation, the Board of Directors of  Hoa Phat Group issued Decision No.17/NQHP-2009 dated 3 August 2009 to dismiss Mr. Chu Quang Vu from the Board of Directors as from 3 August 2009.
