ASP: Dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors

An Pha S.G Petrol Joint Stock Company (ASP) announces dismissal of a BOD member as follows:

Mr. Rikuro Tanaka, a member of the Board of Directors, has been absent for 6 months since the Quarter II/2008 Meeting. Therefore, according to Point b - Item 1 – Article 115 of Vietnam Enterprise Laws and Point d - Item 5 – Article 24 of the Company’s Regulations, the post of BOD member Rikuro Tanaka is vacant. The decision to appoint a new BOD member will be submitted to the next General Shareholders’ Meeting.
