GMC: Change of Director

Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GMC: GARMEX) has informed of resignation of a BOD members as follows:

* Mr. Nhu Hong Thanh has resigned the positions of BOD member and Sales Director and left the company from 21/07/2009.

* Reason: His own business is the same with business activities of GARMEX. He have also got health problem.

* Mr. Nguyen An – General Director has been appointed to Sales Director of weave products.

* Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – BOD member has been appointed to Sales Director of pull products.
