TCSC: Change of BOD members and adjustment of the company’s regulations

Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) has changed BOD members and adjusted the company’s regulations as follows:

1. The Board of Directors:

- Dismissing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duc from the post of a BOD member;

- Electing the following persons to the BOD:

- Ms. Duangrat Watanapongchat

- Ms. Kittivalai Charoensombut-Amorn

- Mr. Chaipatr Srivisarvacha

- Mr. Pinit Puapan.

2. The company’s regulations: Adjusted and supplemented.

3. The changes come into effect from 11 July 2009.
