EBS: Board Resolution

Educational Book JSC in Hanoi City announces the Board Resolution approved on 14/08/2009 as follows:

1. Take a ballot on increasing Charter Capital from VND 51 billion to VND 102 billion by seasoned issue.

2. Seasoned issue plan: placement with outstanding shareholders with the ratio 1:1, outstanding shareholders can buy 1 new share for every 1 share they own at the issue price of VND 10,000 /share.

3. Procedure of the issue will be completed as regulated so that shares will be offered at the soonest.
