DZM: Disclosure Extraordinary Information

Dzi An Manufacturing Public Limited Company announces that the Company have got necessary licenses for the BOO project on Tonle Bet Biomass Power Plant in Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. These licenses allow the Company to officially implement the project offer the electricity produced in the market. The electricity price offered is expected to be 30% less than the current wholesale price of electricity in the region.
