DMC: Resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting

Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DMC: DOMESCO) has informed resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting by collecting shareholders’ agreements as follows:

Article 1: Passing the industry supplement: producing, trading, exporting and importing vaccine, biologic product for people, animal and plants.

Article 2: Passing the implement of bonus shares for existing shareholders with ratio 10:3 (a shareholder who held 10 shares at the record date, will receive 03 shares) from investment and development fund.

Article 3: Passing the additional listing of the bonus shares on HOSE.

Article 4: Assigning the BOD implement the resolution.

Article 5: The resolution was effective on August 03, 2009.
