VSEC: Notification of Charter Amendments

Viet Nam Securities Corporation (VSEC) announces the issues amended to Decision 184/UBCK-GP dated 20/01/2009 by the State Securities Commission:

- Article 2: Ms. Tran Thi Tu Hanh, VSEC’s Director-General, replaces Ms. Chu Thi Phuong Dung as VSEC’s legal representative.

- Article 13: The current charter capital is VND135,000,000,000 and the volume offered to foreign investors accounts for 49%.

- Article 15: Foundation shareholders:
