MCV: Leasing land in Quang Ninh Province

Cavico Viet Nam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Company (MCV: CVCM.,JSC) has informed of leasing the land in Quang Ninh Province as follows:

On 14th July 2009, CVCM.,JSC has received the Decision No. 2163/QD-UBND of the People’s Committee of the Quang Ninh Province about leasing the land to the company in order to build the production management area, apartments of employees and factory in Ha Tu Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

* Usage area: 50,208 m2

* Location: Ha Tu Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province

* Leasing period: 40 years
