SVC announces the notice of record date as follows:
- Issuer: Saigon General Service Corporation
- Stock code: SVC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 20/5/2009
- Reasons: Third dividend payment 2008 and for the list of shareholders to move the listing to HOSE
1. Information on third dividend payment 2008
+ Exercise rate: 3% (shareholders receive VND 300 for every 1 share they own)
+ Expected exercise date: 5/6/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Saigon General Service Corporation on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
2. For the list of shareholders to move the listing to HOSE
+ The last trading day on HASTC: 15/5/2009
+ Delisting day on HASTC: 18/5/2009
+ Expected trading day on HOSE: 8/6/2009
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SVC on 19, 20, 21/5/2009.
