KKC: Explanation for setting up provision fund

Produce and Trading Metal JSC explained the setting up of provision fund for the capital contributed in Dinh Vu Steel Joint Stock Company of VND 38,014,988,585 as follows:

- Audited financial statement from 01/01/2008 to 30/09/2008 of Dinh Vu Steel Joint Stock Company showed that company lost VND 113,984,318,585

- Price of goods in QIV-2008 was low while the cost of materials and expenses were too high.

- Since 01/2009, there has been changes in all Management Board of Dinh Vu Steel Joint Stock Company.

- With all the reasons above, we think that Dinh Vu Steel Joint Stock Company can lose more than VND 113,984,318,585 in 2008.

That is the reason for setting up provision fund.
