CSG: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Sai Gon Cable Corporation has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
I. Report of Opearting result of 2008
1. Operating result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 681,019 million
- Profit after tax (provison has not been set up): VND 28,154 million
- Provision for Financial risks and devaluation of inventories: VND 26,729 million
- Profit after taax ( after setting up fund): VND 1,426 million
2. VND 1.426 billion is retained for Operating and investment 2009:
3. Result and actual progress of the works in 2008, Total disbursement process is VND 34.5 billion
4. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, Salary fund 2008
- For the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board : VND 432,000,000
- Salary fund: VND 6,384,000,000

VI; The Board of Directors can invest in finance and stock but not over 20% of Charter Capital.
