DHI: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

DHI announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Dien Hong Printing JSC

- Stock code: DHI

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 18/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 14/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 14 and 15/05/2008)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2007 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 8% (shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 04/06/2008

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Dien Hong Printing JSC on working days from 04/6/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of DHI on 15/5; 18/5 and 19/05/2009.
