L61: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Lilama 69-1 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13/05/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009
- Product: VND 462 billion (over plan 5%)
- Revenue: VND 284 billion (over plan 5.2%)
- Payable to the state: VND 14.8 billion (over plan 41%)
- Profit before tax: VND 14.3 billion (over plan 3.55%)
- Dividend payment: VND 12% (100% plan)
- Average income: VND 2.775 million/month
- Funds invested in fixed assets: VND 10.5 billion
- Product: VND 575 billion
- Revenue: VND 310 billion
- Payable to the state: VND 15.5 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 15 billion
- Dividend payment: VND 10%
- Average income: VND 2.8 million/month
- Funds invested in fixed assets: VND 22 billion
