- Revenue: VND 588,700 million

- Profit before tax: VND 14,211 million

- Average income: VND 3,138,000/person/month

- Dividend payment rate: 20%

- Payables to the state: VND 24.23 billion

•        2009

- Revenue: VND 590,000 million

- Profit before tax: VND 14.5 billion

- Average income: VND 3.2 million/person/month

- Dividend payment: 20%/ year

- Payables to the state: VND 25 billion

- Selecting auditor: Vietnam Auditing and Evaluation Company

3. Financial statement 2008, profit distribution plan 2008, and setting up fund

- Profit after tax: VND 11,378,782,243

- Profit distribution:

+ Compulsory reserve fund: VND 374, 834,290

+ Reward fund: VND 568,939,112

+ Welfare fund: VND 227,575,644

+ Bonus fund for management board: VND 500,000,000

+ Dividend payment: VND 8,245,204,000
