DAC: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

DAC announces the notice of record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Viglacera Dong Anh JSC

- Stock code: DAC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 28/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 26/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 26 and 27/05/2009)

- Reasons: Third Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Viglacera Dong Anh JSC on working days from 30/6/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of DAC on 27/5; 28/5 and 29/05/2009.
