SEB: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Mien Trung Power Investment and Development JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 93.213 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 19.926 bil.
- EPS: VND 1,594
2. Plan in 2009
- Total output of electricity: 140 mil. kwh
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%
- For Khanh Thuong hydropower project: The management board works with Khanh Hoa power JSC about power price, works with related offices about investment in 110kV Khanh Vinh power station.
- D14C North Cam Ranh project: The company seeks foreign or domestic partners to transfer the project. Otherwise, the company will cooperate within the paid in capital in the project.
3. Reports from Supervisory Board, Board of Directors, Audited financial statement 2008
4. Amendmend of charter, certificate of registration of the company.
5. Dividend payment:
- Dividend payment 2008: VND 1,225/share (including first dividend payment)
- Exercise date: at the same time of first dividend payment 2009
6. Change in the Supervisory Board:
- Ms. Bach Pham Dang Huy has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Xinh.
