HaLam - TKV Coal JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit before tax: VND 33,241 million
- Profit after tax: VND 23,167 million
- Dividend payment: 12%/ Charter Capital
- Revenue: VND 847,017 million
- Profit before tax: VND 16,683 million
- Profit after tax: VND 12,512 million
- Dividend payment rate: 11-12% / year
