TV4: Explanation for remark of auditor for audited financial statement 2008

Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 explains remark of auditors on not completing the procedures to receive assets and capital handed over from Power Engineering Consulting company No.4, which may lead to change in some financial ratios compared, as follows:

The procedure to get approval for privatization settlement is long together with inconsistent legal documents.

Basically, data in the privatization settlement file were agreed on 1/8/2007 and the company is waiting for an official decision (expectedly in 5/2009).
