MKV: Explanation for the opinion of auditor

Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC explained the opinion of auditor as follows:

-  Scope of the auditing:

The auditor said: “We did the auditing after 31/12/2008, so we could not join to check inventories on 31/12/2008. That is why we did not give our opinion about the inventories, the value of the inventories as well as its effect to other indicators.”

-  Company explained about this as follow:

Company signed contract with ACA group on 31/03/2009, so the auditor gave this opinion. The company reviewed its inventories on 31/12/2008 and on 20/02/2009, the result of the checking was confirmed. The difference between reality and book was not big, so company did not change anything in financial statement 2008
