PAN: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Pan Pacific Corporation has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result of 2008

Report of profit distribution plan

Dividend payment 2008 : 20% of Charter Capital

Dividend payment of 5% before 30/6/2009

2. Report of Supervisory Board

3. Setting up reward and welfare fund with 14% of profit after tax 2009

Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009 with 1% of profit after tax 2009

Set up investment and development fund, Financial reserve fund with 5% of profit after tax 2009 for each fund.

4. Selecting auditor: Auditing and Consulting Company Ltd. will be selected as auditor of company. In case company does not sign contract with them, the Board of Directors can chose another auditor on the list listed by Mnistry of Finance.

5. The Board of Directors can promote, sign invesment contract.

6. Change Chapter 1 Article 3 of the company’s charter relating to business line

- Car for rent (with driver)
