NTP: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

NTP announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Tien Phong Plastic JSC

- Stock code: NTP

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 12/5/2009

- Ex-date: For T+3 transaction: 08/05/2009

- Reasons: Dividend payment

+ Exercise rate: 30% (18% for second dividend payment 2008, 12% for first dividend payment 2009. Shareholders receive VND 3,000 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 25/05/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Tien Phong Plastic JSC on working days FROM 25/5/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of NTP on 11/05, 12/05 and 13/05/2009.
