+ U & I Investment Company: 1,125,000 shares, equaling VND 11,250,000,000 by par value (25% charter capital)

+ Mr. Mai Huu Tin: 675,000 shares, equaling VND 6,750,000,000 by par value (15% charter capital)

+ Ms. Doan Ngoc To Uyen: 450,000 shares, equaling VND 4,500,000,000 by par value (10% charter capital)

+ Mr. Mai Thanh Binh: 450,000 shares, equaling VND 4,500,000,000 by par value (10% charter capital)

+ Mr. Le Van Hai: 450,000 shares, equaling VND 4,500,000,000 by par value (10% charter capital)

- Transferee:

+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang: 3,150,000 shares, equaling VND 31,500,000,000 by par value (70% charter capital).
