CTN: Explanation for the difference in financial statement

Underground Works Construction JSC explained the difference between total assets and total resources at the end of 2007 and at the beginning of 2008 in audited financial statement 2008 as follow:

- The difference between debit and credit of personal income tax of 2007 was transferred to other receivables: VND 988,529

- According 15/2006/QD-BTC on 20/3/2006 of Ministry of Finance, the difference between debit and credit can not be transferred, so auditor had to re-audit.
