HAI: Explanation for the different between Audited FS and financial FS 2008

H.A.I JSC explained the different between audited financial statement and financial statement as follow:

When company made financial statement, company did not set up financial reserve fund because all the shares which company invested in were not listed and issuers of those shares had not disclosed their operating results. When the company prepared to disclose audited financial statement, the company received financial statement from these companies, and had information to set up financial reserve fund.
