DIC: Release restriction of share transference

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (DIC) has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of members of BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board as follows:

Under the Circular 59/2004/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance dated 18/06/2004, members of the BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board had to hold 50% of owning share volume within 3 years from the listing day. Until now, Ms. Dao Anh Phuong Quyen, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky and the Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation has hold their shares more than 2 years:

According to the current regulation of the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007, members of the BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board only need to hold 50% of share volume within 6 months and the remaining of 50% in the next 6 months. Thus, the total time of holding shares is 1 year.

Due to the above reason, share volume of the three shareholders is released restriction of share transference.
