HAG: Trading method of treasury stock

HAGL Joint Stock Company (HAG: HAGL) has been approved of supplementing method of trading treasury stock as follows:

1. Limitation of bidding volume:

* Daily bidding volume: From 90,000 to 300,000 shares per day (Minimum volume is 3% and maximum volume is 10%)

* Allowing to purchase over 10% of trading volume in the previous trading day.

2. Trading method: Put through and order matching
