DHI: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Dien Hong Printing JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan 2009

•        Operating result of 2008:

- Product:ion + CN paper: 3,422,800,667 pages, 78.99% compared to 2007

                     + TP paper: 1,861,366,576 pages, 80.17% compared to 2007

- Revenue: VND 32,570,286,998;  81.22% compared to 2007

- Profit before tax: VND 1,118,496,150; 34% compared to 2007

- Profit after tax: VND 961,906,689; 34% compared to 2007

•       Plan in 2009

- Production: + Cn paper: 3,475,658,000 pages

                     + Tp paper: 1,600,000,000 pages

- Revenue: VND 40,000,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 2,200,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 1,925,000,000

- Dividend payment rate: 10%

5. Profit distribution plan, salary unit price, remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board:

- Profit distribtuion plan:

+ Investment and development fund: 12.5%

+ Financial reserve fund: 5% of profit after tax

+ Bonus for Management board: 5% of profit after tax

+ Reward and welfare fund: 20% of profit after tax

+ Retained earning will use for dividend payment : expected 10%/ share

- Salary unit price: VND3.5/ VND 1 profit

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory board: 2.5% of salary fund 2009

6. Dividend payment in 2008 is 8%
