•        Revenue: VND 11 billion

- Dividend payment rate: 25%/Charter Capital/ year

- Payables to the State on time

- Income: VND 2.5-3 million / month

•        Increase Charter Capital from VND 5.8 billion to VND 10 billion
•        Repair and improve HACINCO hotel
