ILC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

International Labor and Services JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and Report of Supervisory board

- Revenue: VND 130,829,088,029 (118.94% of plan)

- Profit before tax: VND 16,535,192,451 ( 100.21% of plan)

- Profit after tax: VND 11,905,338,565

2. Result of Investment and sold ships:

- Buy 1ship with the weigh: 6,289 DWT, total invest in : VND 68,546,908,202

- Sold Van My ship with the weigh: 4,648 DWT, received: VNd 9,050,000,000

3. Profit distribution plan 2008:

- Total profit after tax: VND 11,905,338,565

- Profit distribution:

+ Dividend payment 2008 (22%): VND 8,916,010,400

+ Financial reserve fund (5%): VND 595,266,928

+ Reward and welfare fund: VND 2,381,067,713

- Retained earnings of 2008: VND 12,993,524

- Retained earning : VND 9,656,820,283

4. Plan in 2009

•       Operating:

- Revenue: VND 88,000,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 9,000,000,000

- Salary : 18% of revenue ( count in expense)

•        Inevesment plan:

- Buy 1-2 used ships

- A building on Le Hong Phong street

- Dividend payment 2009: at least 12%, paid in 2 times

- Stop “Inlaco Land’ project; Stop setting up INLACO LAND JSC, paying back money to investors
