DAC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Viglacera Dong Anh JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board about Operating result 2008:
- Profit before tax: VND 11,420,367 million, 12.9 time compared to 2007
- Depreciation of fixed asset: VND 2,241.13 million, 88.64% of solution, Average income: VND 2,241.13 million /person/ month
- Receivable on 31/12/2008: VND 1,354.114

5. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2008

- For the Board of Directors: VND150,000,000
- For Supervisory Board: VND 46,800,000
6. Selecting auditor:
- Auditing and Accounting Consultancy Service Company Ltd. AASC
- In case company need to change auditor, the Board of Directors will chose one auditor which was accepted by State securities commission of Vietnam.
7. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009:
Total: VND 196,800,000
- For the Board of Directors: VND 150,000,000
- For Supervisory Board: VND 46,800,000
8. Bonus for Management Board 2009:
- Bonus VND 300 million if profit is VND 15 billion
- Bonus 50% of over profit if profit is over VND 15 billion
9. Mr. Hoang Kim Bong, Chair of the Board, will be cum Manager
10. Changes in BOD
- Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh and Mr. Luu Van Lau have resigned from Directors
- Ms. La Ngan Binh hs resigned from member of Supervisory Board
- Mr. Do Xuan Quang and Ms. Vu Thi Bich Phuong have appointed Directors
- Ms. Tran Thi Minh Loan has appointed member of Supervisory Board
