VST: Personnel change

Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company (VITRANSCHART JSC) has informed of personnel change as follows:

* Mr. Mai Van Phuc has left the position of chairman of BOD to do another task assigned by the Minister of the Transport Department of Vietnam.

* Appointing Mr. Huynh Hong Vu – Vice chairman of the BOD and General Director to temporarily manage work of the BOD until the company holds the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting.
